September 23rd, 2010
Gent, Belgium
Presentations and Posters
The Gut Day ('Darmendag') is a yearly gathering of academic and industrial researchers around the topics of gastrointestinal research in general (including but not exclusively dealing with microbiology, host-microbe interactions etc...)
Novel developments in metagenomic, transcriptomic and proteomic analyses of the gastrointestinal microbial community are discussed and mechanisms of microbial behavior and interaction with the human host and consequences for host health are highlighted.
The 12th Darmendag was held on Thursday September 23rd 2010 in the Oehoe Conference Room of the University of Gent.
On the programme: 10 oral presentations (15 min. incl. discussion) and 25 poster presentations.
Some abstracts or presentations are shown on this website by clicking before the name of the author. After closing the pdf you are back on this website.
