| David van Doorn represents also Cavalor Equine Nutrition Research and has
also been supervising B.Sc. and M.Sc. student projects related to equine
nutrition. One of these projects included a pilot study related to the
effect of transportation and probiotic administration on the microflora of
horses using Microbial Community Profiling and Characterisation. His PhD
thesis was focussed on "equine phosphorus absorption and excretion".
